We had a local warehouse select their best grower’s Cheviot fleece flock to seed this lot. We collected a few tons of Cheviot style fleece from a wool pool we have been supporting for a while. We find the Cheviot has some great loftiness that folks looking for a bouncy yarn may enjoy.

Please note that scoured wool will require processing before use, as the fiber still contains some VM and dusty. We do not recommend purchasing a large quantity if you are not experienced with processing fiber. That said, this is our cleanest lot of domestic fleece yet.
