We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.



If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will accept a return and credit your account for the full amount of the product cost. If it is a quality or damage issue, we will issue a tag with UPS to recover your order. Customers may be responsible for freight cost of returns.


Billing policy:

We may charge your credit card prior to shipment.

We also charge on the exact final weight of your order. If you order a 29 pound bump, it may well weigh anywhere from 28-31 pounds. If you order 1.0 pounds of an item, we may ship up to 1.4 pounds and invoice you for that difference.

Invoicing for the actual weight of the wool wool shipped helps us keep our prices low as we reduce our product losses by shipping what a bump or bag of wool weighs without us having to adjust and have small bits of product lose in our warehouse. It is an time honored accepted wool industry practice we have brought to our craft business.



Please be assured that your order will ship out within two business days of purchase unless we notify you prior. Orders to the Continental United States will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and rates quoted on the shopping cart are subject to change (up or down) when we create actual shipping label for your address. Canadian, Alaskan or Hawaiian orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS)  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in the Continental U.S. The web site provides block price estimates on the Postage on both Canadian and Alaskan orders. If the postage actually totals less than the estimates we will adjust your invoice. If it costs more, we will pay the difference.

We will try to forward all UPS tracking information within 24 hours of shipment unless you delivery is likely the next day. USPS tracking information will be relayed as well.

UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you require expedited shipping, we will comply but you will bear all the shipping costs


Shipping and Handling costs:

All orders of less than 10 pounds will be assessed a $10 handling fee which does not show on the original Shopping Cart estimate of freight.

Orders over 10 pounds will be charged UPS unless a free freight product is ordered.

Orders of 1 bump of any product will be allowed free freight. That will include the entire order if you order any other products with the bump order.

PLEASE NOTE: We WILL NOT charge sales tax.
